Darlys oversees You Turn's day-to-day business operations and donor relations. Her background includes administration, financial and communications roles at for-profit and nonprofit organizations.

Darlys and her husband, Mike, live in Lebanon, Ohio, where they raised their family. Besides spending time with family, Darlys and Mike enjoy Cincinnati Reds baseball, international foods and drives in the country, which Darlys enjoys recording in scrapbooks for their seven grandchildren.
