Our Pastor Training Schools are at the core of our strategy. We have these schools in rural areas throughout Malawi and Zambia. These schools are hosted in one of our churches and they meet the first week of every month. The Pastors in training come and stay for the week for training. These men are taught our seminary courses and developed to be successful Pastors and leaders in our churches. Each of these men will plant at least one church and many will plant multiple churches in and around their home villages. These churches will raise up new leaders and that feel called to pastor. They will come to our schools and the process will continue. This process of multiplication will create a church planting movement.
Would you pray and consider partnering with us to adopt one of our 9 currently operating schools? The monthly cost is $250.00 or $3,000.00 a year. This investment will fund what will be a minimum of 20 church plants over the two-year curriculum.
We are planning to start up to 12 more schools in the next year in rural villages throughout Malawi, Zambia, and Mozambique. The startup cost of those schools is $1,500.00.
