The heart of You Turn is preparing indigenous church leaders “through pastor training schools” to discover where God’s Spirit is at work and join Him there with holistic gospel ministry. This ministry consists of providing practical needs such as clean water and orphan care, proclaiming the good news to those who have never heard, and preparing indigenous church leaders to multiply and extend the kingdom of Jesus Christ through healthy church planting to the glory of God.
In 2004, You Turn Ministries was birthed in 2004 out of a vision that God gave Joe T. Veal to take the Gospel of Jesus Christ to the Lost Peoples and Last Places of the earth.
In our 17-year history we have proclaimed the Gospel to more than 3.8 million people. Hundreds of thousand have responded and accepted Jesus. As a ministry our focus is on Gospel Proclamation, reaching the lost, discipling the new believers, training pastors, church planting multiplication and meeting the needs of the people through orphan care and water. Our purpose is to reach the lost people in the last places.
You Turn has become a ministry demonstrating the resurrection power of Jesus Christ to accomplish a complete and transformative “U-Turn” in, through, and for the nations.
